A restaurant in Liverpool has launched a brand-new Pizza Experience which sees guests make their own pizza and have it cooked in front of them.
Gusto Italian Liverpool invites you to take a seat at the new chef’s table for the two-hour Pizza Experience with a dedicated Pizza Host. The event involves hands-on pizza making, complimentary fizz on arrival, and piping and decorating cannolis.
The experience is for a minimum of six people who will be entertained by the Pizza Host. A professional Pizza Chef will guide you through the art of pinning and rolling a pizza base, while talking about the specialist ingredients used. They’ll also award a prize to the pizza they think is the best.

There’s a variety of pizza toppings to choose from, including fior di latte mozzarella, salciccia pepperoni and pesto. After the pizzas are baked in front of your party, you can then devour them alongside a selection of Romesco and Caesar salads.
The experience is finished off with piping and decorating your own cannolis – an iconic Italian delicacy of crispy pastry tubes and sweetened ricotta. Matt Snell, CEO of Gusto Italian, said: “We are thrilled to launch the Gusto Pizza Experience in Liverpool later in May. Our guests in Nottingham have absolutely loved it, so it was only matter of time before we introduced it to our other restaurants so more of our guests can enjoy it too.”
