Indulge in the flavours of Myanmar at this food festival in Delhi
Myanmar Food Festival is being held at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, from April 13-22.
Savour the flavours of Myanmar at Honk, the Pan-Asian restaurant of the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The bistro-style specialty restaurant that prides itself in serving street smart food is organising the 'Myanmar Food Festival' from April 13 to 22. The menu has been specially curated with delicacies from Burmese cuisine by Chef Htun Htun Naing from Novotel Yangon Max.
Chef Htun has flown in from Myanmar to share his experience and knowledge of the cuisine, and will be curating the delicacies with authentic flavours. Dishes that stand out from the menu include mouth-watering options such as the ginger poached chicken, lemon prawn also known as Anyar Ka-Yan-Thee Thoke - one of chef's speciality dishes from Central Myanmar, curry lobster ravioli and Yangon crispy pork belly. Chef has also prepared special summer desserts such as the sticky rice, coconut cream, fresh mango and mango sorbet.
