Andorran Grau Roig Hotel joins HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts

HotelREZ will provide Grau Roig Hotel with GDS representation, as well as sales and marketing services together with Spanish partners Qualis Hospitality.

The ski resort hotel Grau Roig has become the latest property – and the first in the principality of Andorra – to join HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts' portfolio of independent hotels.

Grau Roig Hotel is an award-winning boutique-style hotel chiefly catering to skiers in the beautiful mountain landscape of Andorra. It is located metres away from the world-class slopes of the Grandvalira ski resort, only a short drive to the west of the border with France. Owing to Andorra's small size, the hotel is merely a 20-minute walk from some of the country's most spectacular sights, such as the glacial lakes of Pessons and Vall del Madriu Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is also a relatively short journey from the capital city, Andorra La Vella.

The hotel features 42 luxurious guestrooms and suites, each affording stunning views of the surrounding Pyrenean landscape. All rooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with rustic design in the superior, authentic and romantic rooms, and more classically in the standard variety. There are also meeting and events spaces able to host up to 50 people. Entertainment is provided in the form of a jazz room, reading room, a summer lounge with its own massage bath on the terrace, and a 'Kid's Club' for the younger guests.

Three restaurants, including La Marmita, La Vaqueria – which serves traditional lunchtime cuisine – and El Teatre del Vi – dedicated to fine wine and champagne – can be found on site. The hotel's own luxury spa centre is open between 10am and 9pm, offering unique relaxation and beauty treatments as well as a heated swimming pool.
