Gordon Ramsay has baffled fans over a 'tiny' portion of lamb in an expensive menu at one of the chef's swanky restaurants.

The foul-mouthed Scots chef has often angered customers with his pricey food, including a £19 fry up breakfast.

Now, the 54-year-old TV personality has been criticised over lamb served at his Michelin-starred Petrus restaurant in Knightsbridge.

Taking to Instagram, Gordon shared a photo of the dish with his 12.1 million followers and wrote: "Herdwick lamb, morels, wild garlic, young peas, marjoram at @PetrusByGordonRamsay.... simply stunning!!"

The dish has certainly divided opinions, with some hailing it as 'delicious' while others were unhappy with the portion sizes and thought the meal was too small.

"Oooo that looks amazing," added another person.

Gordon Ramsay has been contacted for comment.

It's not the first time the TV chef has come under fire, with fans previously comparing his chocolate tofu dessert to a 'colostomy bag'.

Gordon took to Facebook to share how his "signature" £10 chocolate tofu is made at his swanky Mayfair restaurant Lucky Cat.

But it didn't go down well with everyone as its appearance was mocked harshly.
